From the heart.
My Way to Weave Memory

In May 2024, I attended the Israeli Basketball Cup Final.
The national anthem, "Hatikvah," was performed by the nieces of Yossi and Eli Sharabi, who were abducted from Kibbutz Kfar Aza. The pain pierced my heart, and a deep sense of helplessness led me to reflect on our national memory.
I came to understand that our collective memory is not confined to Memorial Day alone; it lives with us every single day. This realization stirred within me a need to create.
I am a designer, creator, and artist who works at the intersection of art and design. I believe in the power of creativity and materials to convey profound emotional messages.
Ahead of Memorial Day, I reached out to Didi Kfir , a close friend and a talented designer.
Together, we sought to reimagine the traditional "Scarlet Everlasting" sticker distributed on Memorial Day.
That sticker, which so often fell off by the end of the day, transformed into a delicately embroidered flower on a white shirt.
We added the red Anemone flower alongside the Scarlet Everlasting, creating a symbol of constant, everyday remembrance—one that lingers and remains close to the heart.
At the start of the project, I produced just 100 shirts. The demand quickly grew, and bereaved families and victims of terror received shirts as a token of appreciation.
Recognizing a broader emotional need, I decided to launch a crowdfunding campaign.
For every shirt purchased, an additional shirt will be donated to a bereaved family or a victim of terror.
This creates solidarity and added meaning—a shared memory that unites us all.
This project is non-profit, aimed solely at honoring the memory of the fallen and supporting bereaved families.
I am 46 years old, married, and a father of three. Originally from Jerusalem, I now live in Tel Aviv.
My hope is to forge a deep connection between grief and memory, between pain and hope.
As a combat veteran from Givati's Sabotage and Engineering Unit,
I carry the belief that "Our hope is not yet lost."
Together, we will weave memory and carry it close to our hearts.
We will continue to remember, to embrace, and to bloom again just like the Anemones.
Mission
To weave memory into a living symbol of hope and connection, honoring the fallen while supporting bereaved families through shared resilience and remembrance.
Vision
This project transforms the pain of remembrance into a living symbol of hope, resilience, and connection. Through the Scarlet Everlasting and Anemone flowers, we honor those we've lost while embracing the strength to grow and flourish. Join us in creating a tapestry of memory that binds us all, supporting bereaved families and nurturing a shared sense of solidarity and hope. Together, we remember, embrace, and carry the memory close to our hearts.
